How much protein is in Survivor Brands jerky?
Every bag is an excellent source of protein. Cowboy Pepper has 14g per serving (42g per bag), Sweet & Spicy has 12g (36g per bag), and Island Teriyaki has 10g (30g per bag). Serving size is 1 oz; each 3 oz bag is three servings.
Is Survivor Brands jerky keto or low-carb?
Cowboy Pepper is the best fit, with 1g carb and 0g sugar per serving. Sweet & Spicy and Island Teriyaki each have 4g carb and 3g sugar per serving, still low by snack standards.
Where is Survivor Brands jerky made?
We are a small-batch craft jerky company based in Orange County, California. Every batch is USDA inspected (Establishment 40117).
What are the allergens? Is it gluten-free?
All three flavors contain soy and wheat, so they are not gluten-free. Island Teriyaki also contains fish (anchovies). Always check the label if you have an allergy.
Does it contain nitrates, nitrites, or MSG?
No nitrates or nitrites added, and no MSG added.
How big is a bag?
Each bag is 3 oz (85g) — three 1 oz servings.
